Staff Content Designer
Systems thinker | AI-native designer | UX writer
I approach content design from a systems view, mapping how language connects across products, creating AI-assisted content infrastructure to help teams move faster, and removing potential obstacles early to safeguard important milestones.
Selected Work
I built a multi-agent auditing system, solo and with no engineering resources, that turned weeks of cross-team coordination into a 30-minute task, now installed company-wide.
Years of research evidence, two attempts, and a sustained case for putting user comprehension ahead of technical precision, landing a plain-language rename for billions of users around the world.
Content that works for a 13-year-old, a parent, and a regulator at once, plus a scalable age-band framework that replaced a patchwork of regional notices for advertisers.
How I Work
I find dependencies that many miss, from technical debt from one-off fixes to workstreams running in parallel. I surface potential challenges early to align teams before they become timeline risks.
Nothing aligns stakeholders faster than a concrete, well-reasoned draft. I put evidence-backed language in front of stakeholders early, making my toughest reviewers my strongest advocates.
I build frameworks, not one-off fixes: terminology governance, scalable messaging templates, and AI tooling designed to absorb future requirements without creating new debt.
